We are currently looking for telecommuting customer service and technical support agents.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage customer dissatisfaction by providing effective technical support.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Seize opportunities to offer products and services.
- Assist the team in all other tasks related to the achievement of objectives.

- Hourly rate of $17.00 plus bilingual bonus of $1.00/hr.
- Your hourly rate will increase according to the number of cumulated hours worked.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
- Quick understanding of customer needs.
- Good communication and simplification skills.
- Dynamic, diplomatic and good listening skills.
- Good command of computer tools.
- Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload speeds of 30Mbps - the faster, the better
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Monday to Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
