Langley, Canada EFS e-Forensic Services Inc. Full time

The Sales Representative position is full time in the office (40hrs a week) and duties include:
1. Responding to client inquiries and requests

2. Working with clients to confirm needs

3. Creating sales quotes, POs, and invoices

4. Accepting and organizing payment information for processing

5. Inventory management

6. Preparing documents for cross-border product pickups

7. Updating product pricing, product information, and client information

8. Packaging and shipping client orders

9. Directing support calls to appropriate resources

10. Tracking storage fees and data hosting for invoicing

11. Assisting with year-end tasks

12. Assisting at trade shows

13. Performing other relevant duties, as required

1. Sales-related work experience (preferred)

2. A driver’s license and valid passport

3. Fluency in English

4. Canadian Citizenship

5. Ability to work independently and within group settings as required

6. Interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail

7. A completed Criminal Record check indicating no criminal record

8. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn and understand technical topics (computer specs, digital forensics software/hardware)

10. Capability of physically handling product.

Compensation:
Starting wage $20.00 per hour

$22.00 wage and Medical & dental benefits after 3-month trial period
2 weeks annual holidays

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
