Duties and Responsibilities

: Call on & build strong relationships with key customers in your defined territory to position BOXX Modular as a preferred supplier. Actively research and identify new business to solicit by scanning industry journals or reports, networking, cold calls and other means to meet or exceed sales targets Handle incoming sales calls and walk-in business in the event there is not an Inside Sales Representative at that branch. Build and demonstrate product knowledge on products and key competitive product lines and use this product knowledge to provide technical sales and service support to customers. Prepare quotations and contracts that are competitive and satisfy the client’s requirements, while adhering to the Company’s pricing, credit, and payment policies. Obtain proper approval for sales and rental contracts. Track and communicate sales and rentals relative to target to Branch Manager by maintaining profiles of key customers, keeping current all leads and opportunities and managing sales and rental contracts in Salesforce CRM. Contact customers in after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction & resolve any complaints. Follow up on collection of payment from customers as required. Other duties as required. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years selling with strong full cycle sales development skills. Experience in the Modular Structures industry is a strong asset but not required. Thrives in a growing, changing, and dynamic work environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate proactivity, flexibility, business acumen, and self-direction. Technical competency and proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software (Salesforce). Valid driver’s license.
