**Your Role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

- Represent the Hospital at career fairs, networking, community and student events and initiatives
- Establish and manage internal and external relationships while responsible for full cycle recruitment
- Provide advisory support to NH Leadership during the recruitment cycle and supportive forecasting for future needs
- Collect and gather data for recruitment reports and trends, managing and analyzing recruitment statistics
- Participate in other recruitment and human resources initiatives and projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources
- CHRP designation or willingness to complete
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a full scope recruitment function
- Experience in a high volume recruitment environment with a proven knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Demonstrated success conducting outreach with community organizations, schools, and other programs
- Evidence of excellent consultative, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a unionized environment with knowledge of collective agreements
- Experience in a large healthcare setting is an asset
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to the vision and mission of the NH
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically with the ability to multi-task and manage time and workload
- Self-directed work habits coupled with positive collaborative abilities
- Experience working with an HRIS as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Consistent and regular attendance
