The AMS Team acts as a liaison between IFDS clients and SS&C to ensure there is a clear understanding of client needs/requirements and provides oversight for project related deliverables on behalf of clients. As well, the IFDS SS&C Chorus BPM team works closely with both internal & external stakeholders to provide a resolution/solution to client requests or issues.
**Job Overview**:
The Application Support Coordinator who is part of the SS&C Chorus BPM Team, works closely with SS&C to provide resolution/solution to client requests & issues. Reporting to the Chorus BPM (AWD) Manager, the incumbent will focus on managing day to day tickets, user support and incident management.
- Responsible for help managing day-to-day service tickets & basic user support for Chorus BPM (AWD). Re-direct to other team members as required
- Focus on Chorus BPM (AWD) administration and product support
- Provide suggestions for product improvement, efficiencies etc.
- Manage the prioritization, assignment of the daily flow of incidents
- Manage client incidents by collaborating with users and resolution teams to ensure quality and accuracy of all incidents
- Project/User Support
- Capture and document user guides and support business training needs and deliverables
- Organize and support project demos for clients and users
- Complete functional testing and documentation for Chorus BPM development team
- Maintain, update and track project issue logs

Minimum Job Qualifications*
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

- Excellent knowledge of International Financial Mutual Fund Record Keeping Systems and Transfer Agency operations business process
- Superior client focus as required to obtain business information and assist in solving problems
- Prioritization - ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframe
- Results oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance
- Previous relational databases (to include having basic SQL skills); Web Services

- Processing and/or quality control experience on iFast.
- IFIC Operations and Procedures course an asset.
