In your role, you will:

- Be responsible for one or several of the value streams activities related to the S4HANA project: Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to stock, Logistics, Quote to Service and Acquire to Retire
- Define with the project team and BPOs the future processes for your value streams and ensure the adoption of best in-class business practices
- Define the high level and detailed finance requirements for your value streams
- Ensure optimal system configuration and proper integration with other finance systems
- Coordinate the effort related to data clean-up and conversion, as well as user acceptance testing for your value streams
- Develop management reports and ensure proper documentation of business processes and related operational procedures
- Ensure adequate master data maintenance procedures
- Help develop over time a community of super users (with the identification of training needs)

**Qualifications**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent as well as a CPA designation
- You have more than 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- You have extensive experience and knowledge in one or several of the value streams
- You are known for your innovative thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- You have agility to rally people and lead change
- You have a strong business sense and a good ability for teamwork
- You have strong communication skills
- You can take charge and drive complex projects
- You develop people and grow talent
