**About the role**:

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop a product bundle that generates revenue and engagement for the SPI program.
- Develops sponsorship properties, giving opportunities, experiences, education initiatives, and skilled volunteerism to support the SPI program.
- Establishes metrics to measure the success of the SPI products in the market and their impact on the community.
- Evaluates product success and community impact, making recommendations for product revisions to align with stakeholder requirements and UWACR's strategy.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior volunteers to revise and develops the SPI program curriculum and content for our local market.
- Collaborates with the Product Marketing team to identify target audiences, develop marketing strategies, and creates effective messaging for the SPI program.
- Revises and develops program assets and training materials in coordination with the Product Marketing Team.
- Plans, implements, and executes SPI workshops, cohorts, and events in collaboration with senior volunteers.
- Coordinates and facilitates SPI meetings, workshops, and cohort activities.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with the business community and stakeholders to support the growth of the SPI program in the Alberta Capital Region
- Facilitates networking and relationship building among SPI participants, partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Identifies customer needs and requirements and proposes appropriate solutions through product and program revisions and additions.
- Provides excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Increases customer awareness of UWACR's complete catalogue of products and drive customer engagement with products aligned with their social purpose.

**About you**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in product and program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector or social enterprise space.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and the ability to build engaging relationships through trust, teamwork, and direct communication.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for social change.
- Knowledge of the local business community and nonprofit sector in the Alberta Capital Region is an asset.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Self-driven, demonstrates accountability, and strives for operational excellence.
- Integrates core values, integrity, and accountability throughout all organizational and business practices and acts with personal, professional, ethical, behavioural integrity and maintains confidentiality.

You are eager to drive success for our community and to build authentic relationships through your collaborative communication and leadership style. You are passionate about social purpose and motivated to create an exchange of value and meaning through philanthropy. You have experience in product and program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector or social enterprise space. You are knowledgeable on the local business community and nonprofit sector in the Alberta Capital Region as an asset. You have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

You have a customer service focus and can-do attitude, are outcomes driven, and approach situations with empathy and collaboration and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Thinking creatively, staying organized, and building relationships is how you thrive. You love operating in a digital environment and are proficient with MS Office (we use Office 365 - MS Teams, SharePoint) and various communication platforms and tools, including social media and community engagement software and enjoy learning and using new technology.

Your background includes an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Product Development business administration or a related area plus a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of related experience. A combination of education and lived experience will be considered. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required as some travel will be involved within Edmonton and the surrounding area.
