The Customer Service Manager is a role dedicated to the move in experience of our residents at Elora Mill Residences. This individual will play a key role in the warranty and deficiency program, being the key contact for our residents throughout the closing process.

We are seeking an excellent communicator who has a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This role is a contract position (12 months) with the opportunity to develop into a permanent role.

- You have experience providing customer service on an elevated level.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Act as main point of contact for the Elora Mill Residences - answering all questions, sending out communications, setting up appointments and assisting them through the closing process.
- Arrange, coordinate, and document Pre-Delivery Inspections of the condos with the purchasers.
- Identify, track and coordinate the remedy of PDI deficiencies with trades and Construction Manager.
- Ensure that all necessary Tarion warranty obligations are being followed, including without limitation the following:

- Reviewing submitted warranty forms, conciliation requests, builder repair timelines, uploading documents to case information.
- Reviewing and updating Common Element Performance Audit Tracking
- Submitting Certificates of Completion and Possession
- Reviewing enrolment and possession details
- Assist the Director of Construction, Project Manager and Site Superintendent with adhoc and daily tasks.
- Facilitate a successful closing, liaising with other key parties including without limitation, sales team, Pearle Developments lawyers, the condo property management company, Pearle executives and marketing.
- Work to improve current processes and develop new processes as required.
- Solve problems as they arise, identifying solutions and working with required parties to find resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience in the constructions industry.
- Customer Service Experience
- Online Customer Service and Tarion Warranty course an asset, will be required if not already completed.
- Experience with Procore and Tarion are an asset.
