Spa Receptionists are the first point of contact for our spa guests and play an integral role in helping our guests on their journey to wellness and relaxation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Greet and check-in spa guests.
- Provide information and product education to guide guest on retail purchases
- Possess excellent knowledge of all services available, general property and amenity information.
- Maintain the reception and retail area through attention to detail.
- Effectively communicate with management and staff through the day to ensure guest satisfaction.
