**Job Overview**
Under guidance or supervision, develops the necessary skills and product knowledge to provide support to clients.

**Essential Functions**
- Trains to provide day to day guidance and support to clients
- Learns the technical skills necessary to answer client queries and maintain logs and ensure follow through
- Develops the interpersonal skills necessary to build effective business relationships with defined clients
- Develops an understanding of clients’ potential business needs
- Develops the knowledge to ensure accurate and timely communication of support issues to relevant departments within the support cycle
- Provides support and training to other team members
- Operates within project management software to execute or assign tasks to other teams for client specific projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Req
- Some related work experience Req
- Experience in an IQVIA role preferred and pharmaceutical experience Pref
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral).
- Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.

**Fonctions essentielles**
- Assure l’exécution du contrat selon les spécifications des rapports de base et de routine pour les clients définis.
- Examine les exigences en matière de données du client avec la ressource interne appropriée pour s’assurer que les produits livrables de base répondent aux spécifications du client, y compris en termes de rapidité et de qualité.
- Suit les protocoles de vérification des données IQVIA.
- Recherche, analyse et répond aux demandes des clients qui sont de nature courante.
- Fournit un soutien à l’équipe pour les réunions de service à la clientèle sur les sites des clients.
- Peut produire des études ad hoc sur demande.

**Qualifications**
- Baccalauréat requis
- Deux (2) ans d’expérience de travail connexe requis
- Expérience dans un rôle IQVIA préféré et expérience pharmaceutique préférée
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les différents niveaux de l’organisation (écrit et oral)
- Démontre de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, en analyse et en service à la clientèle
