Job Description:

- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
- Oversee the operation of company
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
- Costing and budgeting
- Conduct research and develop programs and equipment to expand knowledge in the applied sciences and engineering
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish
- Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems
- Act as spokesperson for an organization
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or other discipline related to the service provided is required.
- 8-10 years of managing experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design or computer programming, including supervisory experience, are required.
- 8-10 years of experience as a middle or senior manager in financial, IT or communications or other business services including supervisory experience are required.
- Experience in Computer and technology, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Software Development, ICT, Sales is required
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
- Experience in developing long-term strategies and influencing leadership decisions
- Experience operating business-critical systems requiring high availability, high scaling, low latency
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Large language Models.
- Experience working in a complex environment
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills with a results-oriented mindset

**Salary**: $98.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
