- class fan experience at all Tim Hortons Field events. In 2023 the Tiger-Cats and City of Hamilton will host the 110th Grey Cup where the organization will be responsible for the development and execution of an innovative Grey Cup Festival.

Reporting to the Director, Premium Services & Stadium Events, the Coordinator, Stadium Events &
Administration will provide a variety of administrative services that are essential to the successful execution of all Hamilton Sports Group events. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to jump

**PRIMARY FOCUS**
The primary focus of this entry-level position is the coordination of administrative duties related to event execution plans for all HSG events at Tim Hortons Field. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing some administrative support for all other departments in the Hamilton Sports Group. The person in this role should have strong organizational skills, some event planning experience is beneficial, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude is a must. Work hours will include some evenings and weekends depending on home games and scheduled events throughout the season.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with the stadium operations team on administrative tasks to do with all HSG events, including but not limited to, Ticats and Forge FC game days, HSG corporate and community partnership activations, and premium seating experiences and events
- Assist with the ops team to ensure events are booked in the stadium calendar, prepare event floor plans for major HSG meetings & events, and assist with event registration and guest list management as required.
- Organize, maintain, and keep an inventory of event materials for game days and events
- Multi-department administrative support in preparation for internal meetings
- Work with the Director of Premium Services & Stadium events to ensure that food & beverage plans for events and meetings are confirmed with HSG food and beverage partners.
- Coordinate with the stadium operations team and across departments to prepare a list of game
- day roles and responsibilities in preparation for Forge FC and Ticats game days.
- Assist with game day Premium Concierge team programming, training, and staffing.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Premium Services & Stadium Events

**QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE)**
- **Job Specific Skills and Abilities**:_
- Must be an effective written and verbal communicator
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Some experience using Excel, Google Docs, and any event management software
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both individually and with a group
- Passion for football, soccer, and the Hamilton community
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Experience within the event or sports industry is an asset
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, event planning, business, sports administration, or other related disciplines is an asset

**OTHER CONSIDERATIONS**
- Will be required to work all home games, as well as weekends and evenings when necessary
