**Job Summary**:
The red hat is a critical role in helping both broadcast and in-stadium production. The red hat role slightly varies from Tiger-Cats to Forge, but the overall role is the same. Standing field side, the red hat will communicate with referees and league officials, then pass on the information to broadcast and in-stadium production.
This is a paid per game position.
**Essential Functions**:
- Arrive at stadium 2 hours prior to kickoff.
- Be prepared for all weather.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with league officials, referees, broadcast, and show caller.
- Operate headsets for communication.
- Communicate when timeouts occur, substitutions, goals scored, and penalties.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be available for majority of Tiger-Cats and Forge games.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be organized.
- Strong communication skills
