**Position Specific Expectations**:

- Attend all regularly scheduled meetings and training.
- Quickbooks
- Excel
- Continued daily study of processes, company standards, and expectations.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of your role and expectations.
- Be at your workstation, ready for work on time.
- Ensure all office space is clean, organized, and presentable to customers at all times.
- Complete Payroll
- Contact all customers and contact new customers to generate business
- Create, post, and monitor online ads to ensure they adhere with company policies.
- Answer all inbound phone calls and document leads, contact information, and assign accordingly.
- Track and monitor company vehicles and assets with Google Sheets.
- Keep track of company purchases.
- Review and audit complete files

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON M4G1Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
