The role:*
Farmers Depot is looking to add a full-time **Bilingual Customer Service Specialist** to join our Customer Service team of Animal Health Specialists in Cambridge, ON. We’re looking for a highly motivated and dedicated person to deliver an amazing experience to customers by helping to answer their questions and solve their problems over the phone, in person and online. If you enjoy building relationships, enhancing and delivering superior customer service and have an interest in farming, this job is for you
This is a* full-time, 12-month contract position* based out of 455 Dobbie Drive, Cambridge, Ontario. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

What you'll do:*
- Pick orders from time to time in the warehouse for next day delivery if required.
- Deliver positive, outstanding, and friendly customer service.
- Build positive relationships and support the needs of swine, dairy, beef, poultry, sheep, and cash crop farmers.
- Attend trade shows as needed.
**Your background includes**:
- Background in the farming or agriculture industry and a passion for animals
- 3+ years relevant experience delivering superior customer service
- Bilingual in English and French
- A strong customer service mentality
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and an ability to bring solutions to the customer
- Eager to learn, quick to learn, and very efficient
- Keen eye for detail and completing tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset
