Due to the rapid expansion of our business and projects, we are looking for an experienced "Study/Immigration Channel Market Expansion Manager" to join our Canbridge Overseas Education and Immigration family.

**Responsibilities**:
This position is a senior management role that assists in formulating the company's channel expansion strategy. You will be responsible for building and overseeing the company's Canadian immigration/study abroad business channels and expanding the immigration market in Canada. This includes local channel development and maintenance and increasing market share.

Establish and coordinate customer acquisition channels, maintain customer and channel resources, and explore potential customers from existing resources.

Conduct marketing and promotional activities and provide training to channels on the company's core business. Fully tap into potential customer resources and collaborate with branch agents.

Collect relevant industry policies, analyze the market, and track overall immigration/study abroad market trends.

Assist the company in expanding market channels (influencers/bloggers or organizations/institutions such as school international departments/centers, language schools, private banks, law firms, real estate agencies, etc.). This includes but is not limited to social platforms (Little Red Book, TikTok, WeChat public accounts, video channels) and expanding local industry/unrelated channels through company and personal resources to establish more online and offline customer acquisition channels.

Actively expand private social community (WeChat) for effective customer acquisition and channel recruitment. Organize and expand entrepreneurial communities, parent communities, or overseas freshman groups to actively acquire customers or recruit channel agents.

Provide training and support to individual agents (bloggers or organizations) and channels (structures) and assist in signing up and converting effective customers.

Familiarize yourself with the company's core business, team, and target customer profiles in the shortest time possible. Develop and maintain channel resources efficiently and execute strategies to achieve performance goals.

**Qualification and Requirements**:
Several years of experience in the immigration and study abroad industry, with at least 1 year of management experience. Passion for the immigration and study abroad industry and a willingness to develop a long-term career in the high-net-worth customer service industry.

In-depth understanding of the immigration/study abroad market with sharp market insights and accurate business analysis skills. Ability to position B-end and C-end customer resources and formulate effective strategic plans.

Proficiency in various study abroad/immigration policies and projects and good English language skills. In-depth understanding of overseas, especially Canadian, American, and European policies, timely feedback on the latest industry information, and a strong sense of market perception to grasp immigration/study abroad market dynamics.

Strong strategic awareness in the industry, the ability to initiate or adjust strategic plans based on market conditions, and exceptional market development awareness. Strong ability to discover and create opportunities. Goal-oriented with strong learning ability and responsibility. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong social skills, rich social connections, and abundant customer resources. Exceptional resource integration and business development capabilities.

Familiar with social platforms such as Little Red Book, TikTok, Bilibili, YouTube, WeChat public accounts, and video channels, with deep experience. Strong business development capabilities and passion. Familiar with social network strategies and tactics. Priority given to those with blogger resources. Excellent negotiation skills and a strong sense of responsibility and mission. Able to work independently and expand the market (critical).

Identify with the company's corporate culture and values, have a clear understanding of the company's vision, and be able to plan for the team and company's vision.
