Immigration Caseworker

**Mirzadegan Immigration & Citizenship Services** is looking for an individual with full skills in all kind of Immigration Temporary and Permanent residency Applications in order to join our extensive group of professionals. Minimum 3 years of experience in Canadian Immigration is a must for this job listing.

Requirements are as follow:

- The applicant must be able to speak **both** **English** & **Persian** fluently.
- The applicant must have at least 3 **years** of experience in Canadian immigration and Citizenship programs.
- The applicant should be competent with all work permit Applications including IMP, C10, C11, ICT, SUV

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Manage a caseload of immigration cases from start to the end, ensuring that all required documentation and forms are complete and submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, government agencies, and other relevant parties to facilitate the immigration process.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with our team and other professionals involved in the same or related fields.
- Maintain accurate records regarding legal research and analysis, as well as relating to service provided to clients.
- Build value for the firm as a team player who is committed to quality and the bottom line.
- Be able to communicate in both English and Persian languages
- Able to draft legal and submission letters.
- Able to conduct legal research
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and updates throughout their immigration journey.
- Ensure strict adherence to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions and case handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
