Kick Media Group is looking for a full-time, witty, and driven **Marketing & Social Media Coordinator** to help us strategize and manage social media content for a diverse range of clients—and for Kick Media Group’s own internal accounts. We specialize in Social Media and Brand Development, working with clients in various sectors, including hospitality, restaurants, and professional services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Manage multiple clients’ social media accounts as well as Kick Media Group’s internal accounts, monitoring all online engagements.
- **Content Calendar Creation**: Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for clients and internal accounts, outlining scope, content, and caption/copy.
- **Content Production Coordination**: Work directly with the content creation team to plan, coordinate, and ensure content is created, approved, and uploaded on time.
- **Influencer Outreach**: Identify and reach out to influencers relevant to clients' brands to build collaborations.
- **Paid Media Management**: Manage Google AdWords and PPC ads; experience with social media ads is a plus.
- **Community Management**: Respond daily to DMs, online inquiries, and online reviews (Google, Facebook, etc.), and engage with followers and other accounts.
- **Performance Reporting**: Track follower growth, analyze social media trends, and compile monthly reports on ad spend for clients and internal accounts, identifying improvement opportunities.

**Experience, Education, and Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a professional environment, preferably in marketing or social media management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A creative thinker who enjoys storytelling through media and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), plus knowledge of Google AdWords.
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and confidentiality.
- Resourcefulness, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Adobe Software is an asset.
- A vehicle is required for travel to photoshoots (content creation).
