We are seeking a skilled **Social Media Coordinator** to join our team.

At **401 Dixie Hyundai**, we are proud of our forward-thinking culture developed over years of continuous improvement initiatives. Our high-traffic location on the 401 is one of only eight Hyundai flagship dealerships in the world, with a shared vision to become the national automotive leader in customer experience and sales. We are looking for team players who are excited to continually learn, work hard, and take ownership of their roles.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Deliver content as a strategic advantage to grow business for dealerships and the region. Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external content creation, and communication curation
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with overall sales goals
- Photographic content for internal and external channels: dealership, events, staff, and others
- Work closely with the Dealership General Manager & Department Leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Communicate objectives and methods and procedures to all department Leaders.
- Video content for websites, dedicated channels, social media and in-store displays: vehicle walkarounds, how-to, technology, monthly offers, staff, and others.
- Create compelling, on-brand content for diverse social media channels, including written posts, visuals, and multimedia
- Write organic social media posts and post photos and videos: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blog, etc.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting schedules and community engagement
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand online reach
- Engage with potential buyers to schedule them to come into the dealership
- Create and implement annual and monthly content calendars for the dealership
- Establish communication goals and ways to increase customer and associate engagement, working towards improving the guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and automotive sales
- All other tasks as assigned

**What you bring to the table**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of social media platforms
- Strong video skills
- Excellent photography skills
- Ability to use video and photo editing software
- Outstanding written English
- Strong ability to build relationships
- Highly creative with keen eye for details and aesthetics
- Well organized and strong multi-tasking ability
- Highly self-motivated with ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work at a fast pace both as a self-starter and cooperatively
- Passion for cars and automotive knowledge a significant bonus
