Job Description*:
As a Social Media Marketer at Damasci, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing, content creators and product teams to create engaging content, manage our social media accounts, and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Manage and oversee social media content across all platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok YouTube.
- Work with the team to create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Analyze social media campaigns' performance and use insights to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Provide constructive feedback.

*Requirements*:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
