Volvo Cars Hamilton is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a sales consultant. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality vehicles to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Volvo Cars Hamilton, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find their dream Volvo vehicle. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding them through the car purchasing process. This is a full commission-based position, and you will be required to work on Saturdays to meet customer demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, ensuring a warm and professional demeanor throughout the sales process.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of Volvo vehicles and their features, ensuring you can effectively communicate their benefits to potential buyers.

**Sales Consultation**: Listen to customers' needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles that align with their requirements. Provide detailed information about pricing, financing options, and available warranties.

**Test Drives**: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, highlighting the vehicle's performance and safety features.

**Closing Sales**: Negotiate prices, terms, and finalize sales transactions while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads, provide exceptional post-sale service, and foster long-term relationships with clients.

**Administrative Tasks**: Complete paperwork, documentation, and data entry associated with vehicle sales and financing agreements.

**Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, Volvo product updates, and competitive offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work Saturdays and adapt to a full commission-based compensation structure.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Hamilton, ON L9B 1B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
