**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and initiate meaningful conversations to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Showcase the latest Volvo vehicle models, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives to provide customers with a firsthand experience of Volvo's cutting-edge technology and superior craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with customers to identify suitable vehicle options based on their lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on pricing, financing options, and incentives to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Effectively communicate the value of Volvo's safety features, performance capabilities, and innovative technologies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and consultative sales approach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Volvo products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
- Assist in the completion of all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and vehicle documentation.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage referrals.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid OMVIC license is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
- Enthusiasm for Volvo's brand values, commitment to safety, and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented sales environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by the dealership's schedule.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L9B 1B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC (preferred)
