We are looking for an experienced, full functions management Finance Manager who will be helping sales to develop and implement an effective sustainable strategy in the Country.

**Job description**
- Perform overall marketing spending controllership, ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external principles or laws.
- Perform actual spending review from various angles and make callouts to business teams on both risks and opportunities.
- Utilize accounting software to record and supervise capital flows.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports based on capitals flows and inventory management.
- Manage purchase orders and payment systems, clearly allocate resources according to different departments of CAC.
- Formulate financial plans based on financial reports and company developments
- Create reliable and reasonable cash flow forecasting and debt management.
- Prepare documents for tac filing and external audits.
- Maintain CAC’s and shareholders’ relationship with the bank.
- Supervise CAC’s internal accounting team and handle all accounting issues. Propose efficient and accurate work plans for the financial team.
- Familiar with financing process and documents.

**Qualification and requirements**
- 5 years financial experience or above, CPA or registered professional accountant.
- Proficient in Sage50 and MS Office.
- Have experience in planning debts and filing tax.
- Well organized and working efficiently, strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to complete the work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
