**How You’ll Make a Difference**

As an ambassador for our clients, and for our organization, the **Client Care Specialist** will work to establish a relationship of trust with our clients and strengthen the client/Case Manager bond. They are responsible for providing administrative and operational support to assist Case Managers in maintaining high standards for all clients and fulfilling brand promises.

**A day in the life includes**:

- Provide outstanding client care, ensuring regular contact (every 30 days or less) with the client to answer questions and keep them informed every step of the way throughout the life of their file
- Open, manage, and maintain client files using our file management software, including obtaining necessary documentation to support a personal injury claim
- Send various correspondence to treatment providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel under the direction of a Case Manager
- Assist the client with setting up treatment, and coverage for treatment, as required, and obtain regular client updates regarding their health condition
- Support the Case Manager and assist with the progression of client files
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide assistance and coverage on files as necessary
