**Hargrave Heating & Air Conditioning** is looking for a **Service Coordinator** to join our team in Markham, ON.

**Job Summary**:
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming customer service requests are processed in a timely manner and that the customer is properly informed of the status of their order. This position will also assist in the coordination of new and existing customer orders, as well as the maintenance of existing customer orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming customer service requests in a timely manner
- Provide information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping terms, and other relevant information.
- Assist with the creation of new and existing customer orders.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.
- Maintain confidentiality of all data within the company's proprietary computer system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve communication between departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining flexibility in changing priorities and demands of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Ability to learn new programs quickly is required as is familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
