As the **Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department. You will oversee increasing company revenue and market share by generating sales from new customers and retaining existing customers, while overseeing sales at our **Bobcat Centre.**
- Develop and maintain competent product knowledge of all construction equipment and component specifications for products sold & leased at Calmont Equipment.
- Ensure all sales problems listed by customers are addressed according to company policy and practice to maintain positive company/customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain adequate systems and procedures to provide a measure of efficiency of the department. Establish and direct paper flow for quotations, sales files, work orders, customer invoicing, purchase requisitions and payables, and manage reports.
- Establish and maintain stocking levels of new and used equipment in conjunction with Senior Management & Ownership.
- Facilitate new equipment pre-delivery with Parts and Service Departments.
- Ensure the facility is secure, well-lit, and professional in appearance as required by the agreed dealership standards.
- Other duties as required.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 5 plus years of construction or capital equipment sales related experience.
- Prior sales management experience required.
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with a history of exceeding customers' expectations.
- Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Valid Drivers License required
