**Manager of Finance and Administration**:
Tanguay Place is a non-profit supportive housing facility for adults with physical disabilities. Located in Welland, Ontario, we are looking for a Manager of Finance and Administration to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director the Manager of Finance and Administration is responsible for the financial affairs and human resources of the organization. This position assists in the administrative side of the delivery of services to our residents and supports the Executive Director in their leadership of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial affairs of the organization;**
- **Administrative support of resident services;**
- **Supporting the Executive Director.**
**Knowledge and skill requirements**:
- Minimum of a college diploma in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration.
- Several years of financial and management experience in a service-oriented or health related field, preferred.
- Ability to resolve or refer the needs of residents and their families, employees, visitors, funders and all others in an efficient, sensitive, and resident-focused manner.
- Willingness to complete certification / training to be certified as a management member of the Health and Safety Committee.
- Able to represent the management’s position in a unionized environment.
- Bilingualism considered an asset.
