**Purpose**:
The main purpose of this position involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Provide various types of support to the Finance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calculate, prepare, and issue documents related to customer accounts such as creating and sending invoices, creating inventory reports, and other financial statements.
- Prepare customer statements, collection of past due accounts, verifying totals, and preparing statements for clients.
- Process cash receipts and track customer payments, update system with adjustments, process incoming credit card payments via Authorize.net
- Process and report weekly cash flow projections to Controller and CFO.
- Process monthly affiliate reconciliations and work with branches to balance accounts.
- Manage and provide support to the Invoicing Coordinators.
- Deposit and advanced billing and project management for Global Services for Almex.
- Processing of all incoming and outgoing letters of Credit & Bank Guarantees for SAIL and affiliate offices to negotiate terms with customers, verifying financial stability.
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and liaise with the Sales Department regarding special term orders.
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers, and other financial records and process journal entries relating to sales/accounts payable.
- Provide Global Services (installation and maintenance) support by assisting Project/Sales Managers with administrative duties; approving project timecards, invoicing, initiating, and executing all shipping arrangements of product and relevant paperwork for Global Projects. Transfer order processing for order fulfillment.
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and customers.
- Assist affiliate offices to conduct collection when needed.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks to support the Finance team.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- High degree of accuracy
- Great attention to detail
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of Accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
