**Responsibilities**:
- Process accounts payable & receivables
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist with cash balancing
- Maintain contractor account relations
- Opportunity to assist with our Employee Event details
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles and procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
