Office Assistant

Job Description:
Duties Include:
- Ability to retain services knowledge to promote services and close sales.
- Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
- Receive incoming mail; review, evaluate, and distribute correspondence requiring priority attention of executive staff.
- Process account payments
- Update and maintain confidential files and records.
- Coordinate with delivery and warehouse staff regarding inventory, order fulfillment, etc.
- Maintain Social Media presence and assist in advertising.
**Requirements**:
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the team.
- Resourcefulness and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures involving procurement, reports, etc.
- Superior typing skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Comfortability and experience with sales.
- Able to write and format moderately complex correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Office: 2 years (preferred)
