Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department
- Assist with invoicing and billing using QuickBooks or similar software
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order as necessary
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.50 per week
