As our Administrative Superstar, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that the day-to-day activities of Hereward Farms run as smoothly as our lavender fields. You'll be our organizational guru, communication whiz, and problem-solving hero, all rolled into one. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves a good challenge, and is keen to grow with a proudly 100% Canadian, sustainable farm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks to support the farm operations and our product line (retail and wholesale).
- Provide top-notch service and support as the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and visitors.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and events, ensuring everything runs on time and without a hitch.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and order fulfillment with an eagle eye for detail.
- Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
- Contribute to team efforts by supporting project planning, product development, and marketing strategies.
- Embrace and advocate for sustainable practices in all aspects of our operations.
