We are looking for an Automotive Account Coordinator to join our team As part of the Account Management team, the Account Coordinator will provide support to our client facing teams for a major Automotive brand. Specifically, this person is responsible for owning and maintain specific projects and digital programs. This person will work to service the client in terms of project management, reporting requests, data analysis, dealer adoption, and identifying opportunities to optimize their lead generating websites and program certified products. The Account Coordinator will develop, maintain and own the roadmap and project plans, client's requirements gathering, ad-hoc reporting requests and new feature/functionality development for their assigned projects and programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop Dealer Website Program rollout plans and materials
- Ensure client requirements are documented and achieved
- Develop communication and presentation materials
- Work with internal stakeholders
- Develop corporate, regional and dealer training (launch and ongoing)
- Establish all client reporting
- Ensure Shift Digital software meets client corporate, regional and dealer needs
- Document software and reporting enhancements (project roadmap management)
- Ensure Dealer Consultants and support staff are achieving a high level of dealer satisfaction
- Meet with executives weekly; review lead performance, recommend program changes, add, edit or terminate 3rd party providers, evaluate brand lead performance
- Ensure client satisfaction with program, the technology, the processes and the Shift Digital team
- Maintain and grow existing Enterprise Lead Management Program based on customer requests and best practices
- Some travel within the market as needed
**Knowledge & Required Skills**:
- Project management skills necessary to manage various and numerous projects while tracking costs against budgets (if applicable) and time to completion
- Understanding of the digital space, associated analytics, and delivery of technology solutions
- Key decision-making skills to provide valuable feedback and recommendations to client
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to actively promote a cooperative team environment
- Comfortable speaking with/in front of Client and Regional Reps
- Desire to own success of projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
**Desired Skills**:
- 2+ years of professional work experience with a focus on digital marketing.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience creating complex spreadsheets, including use of Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts (Must be able to pass an Excel skills test)
- Desire to own success of projects
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Automotive experience is an asset but not required
