About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team at Team Velocity Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through exceptional customer service and strategic account planning
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using proprietary technology platforms

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consultative, account management, client retention roles within the automotive industry
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
