IDC Communications has an opening for a detail-orientated, ambitious and results driven individual with strong communication skills as a Sales Consultant in our retail locations in Sage Creek and Henderson Hwy.

Earnings for this position start at $35,000/year.

The sales consultant’s role is one of true importance. As a sales consultant with IDC, you will build relationships with your customers while continuously learning as the telecommunications industry is ever changing.

**What You’ll Bring**:
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and have fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
Experience in Sales is preferred but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
Use probing questions and sales techniques to qualify customers before selling a product or service.
Be a brand ambassador for IDC Communications which includes looking for new sales opportunities while at work as well as on personal time.
Keep up to date on current devices, promotions, and services. Make sure to constantly be researching competitive offers through websites and phone calls.
Greeting customers and answer phones.
Complete all paperwork fully, accurately and file in the correct areas.
Keep general work area clean and participate in end of day store cleaning if on a closing shift.
Consistently review and assess sales targets.
Always conduct yourself in a professional matter, whether at work, attending company events and discussing sales opportunities outside of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
