We are looking for an Account Supervisor who is passionate and excited about creative, to work on a spirits brand. The Account Supervisor will work closely with the Account Director leading major initiatives and must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This individual loves a good challenge and is a resourceful and collaborative problem solver.

The Account Supervisor will support in the day-to-day running and administration of the account in order to ensure the delivery of great, effective work. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for delivering against the direction set by the Account Director. They will be in regular contact with the Client, network of partner agencies, and other departments at Sid Lee, engaged in the process of delivering our product to our Clients. This person will partner closely with partner agencies and internal production teams to ensure the seamless delivery of all campaign elements. This person will remain measured, calm and demonstrate maturity under pressure.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Day-to-day management
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented in all aspects of their work, from managing simple administrative tasks to contributing to bigger program initiatives.
- Manage complex projects with an understanding of impact on resourcing and agency profitability.
- Ensure weekly client status reports are updated accurately and distributed to clients promptly after meetings.
- Maintain constant communication and follow-through throughout the day with all team members.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings as well as preparing recaps after every external and internal meeting.
- Schedule internal meetings to keep project timelines as planned.
- Work with creative resource manager to identify needs per project and therefore, allocate creative teams to projects
- Work with production and internal teams to traffic creative assets to media partners
- Open job numbers and update Project Mgmt tool with approved timelines
- Organize files and assets on agency server
- Be proactive & strategic
- Don’t wait for the Account Director to tell you next steps - always think ahead and bring forward solutions to drive greater effectiveness.
- Ensure you have an understanding of projects and anticipate needs of your team, clients and agency partners.
- Strategic thinker who understands agency philosophy, impact of new marketing and media trends and can leverage it to sell and defend work
- Given complex business and marketing challenges, ability to prioritize and distill into actionable next steps for team
- Develop trusted relationships
- Make it your business to know everything happening on the account at all times, at the client, with partner agencies, and internally.
- Earn trust with colleagues and Clients by having a mastery of the details.
- The Account Supervisor’s duties extend beyond project management (on time and on budget); as they are also becoming increasingly knowledgeable of their clients' businesses, building key client relationships and helping identify opportunities for growth. They have established themselves as the go-to person for both Account Directors and Creative Directors.
- Pave the way for great creative ideas to flourish
- Collaborate with strategy to prepare briefs and is confident in assessing work strategically.
- Support in the creative development process; be comfortable running some projects independently, as determined by the VP Group Account Director and Account Director.
- Help creative teams by providing any insight or support they need to successfully develop work throughout the entire process.
- Give clear feedback and next steps to teams.
- Manage the Client’s legal and corporate affairs requirements. Conduct initial trademark searches on taglines, campaign lines, etc.
- Support in development and delivery of research materials, as needed.
- Oversee production of some projects, independently and confidently, as determined by the VP Group Account Director and Account Director.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 4+ years in account management, preferably at a creatively driven agency working on large integrated campaigns including but not limited to digital, social, OOH, print.
- Buttoned-up, detail-oriented, proactive.
- 360 profile with knowledge across all comms. Digital, social, activations, and OOH.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
- Experience working in spirits/alcohol is a nice to have.
