We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Preferential Tax Services Inc. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their financial objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
