**Job Summary**:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. You will collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure the smooth running of HR processes and actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company's goals and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefit programs, address benefits-related inquiries, and facilitate open enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance, and manage leave policies in compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to conduct training sessions, workshops, and activities to foster employee development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, updating policies and practices as needed.
- Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or a similar HR role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions.
- 2-3 years of experience as Human Resource generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
