- **SALARY**: $56,607 - $79,848 per annum
- **POSITION LOCATION**:Portage la Prairie Campus (90km outside of Winnipeg, MB)
- **DUTIES**
The Office Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient functioning of the office in the regional campus by establishing and maintaining operations as well as ensuring effective delivery of courses/programs by providing support to instructors, students and other staff. This person provides leadership within the office, as well as providing supervision of 2 to 4 staff people. This role assists with office administration, financial administration, programming, facility maintenance as well as student registrar functions.
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary diploma in Business, Administration, or Management. An equivalent combination of relevant education, training and experience will be considered.
- Experience in general office management and administrative operations
- Several years of supervisory experience in a diverse work environment
- Provides exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines in an organized manner
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and make on the spot decisions
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Effective verbal communication skills, including deliveringssss presentations
- Effective written communication skills, including reports and correspondence
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to travel
- Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check
