PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS et RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Accueillir et accueillir les visiteurs;
- Répondre, filtrer et transférer les appels téléphoniques entrants;

- Commander/acheter des fournitures de bureau;

- Effectuer d’autres tâches de réceptionniste de bureau telles que le classement, la photocopie, la numérisation et la télécopie.
- Préparez les salles de conférence pour les déjeuners, les réunions et les visites des clients.

**MAIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet and welcome visitors;
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Entering accounts payables;
- Prepare invoices;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
- Prepare shipping related documentation;
- Order/purchase office supplies;
- Pro Formas;
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Prepare conference rooms for lunches, meetings, and customer visits.

- Polished professional with outgoing attitude, be a team player and love to make the guests feel at home
- Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills
- Proven job diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
- Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management, while working in a fast-paced environment.
