**Office Administrator - for Ryco Financial**

We are looking for a professional to join our comprehensive financial planning firm to fulfill the role of **Office Administrator** on a full-time, permanent basis. The role of the chosen applicant will be to assist a team of financial advisors in their daily business activities and help with general office duties, based in St. John's. This is meant to be a career-based position within our firm with future opportunities for promotion from within.
Job duties include:
- Prepare routine forms
- Scan documents & file electronically
- Maintain client files
- Provide unparalleled customer service to clients
- Schedule meetings when necessary
- Answer the phone and respond to messages in a timely manner
- Help with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong reading & writing skills for cover letters
- Strong organizational skills:
- Ability to manage multiple files at once and work with deadlines (multi-task)
- Impeccable attention to detail when processing paperwork & data entry
- Strong worth ethic & good interpersonal skills
- Most of all, have a positive attitude and be able to work with people as a team
- LLQP completion is a plus, but not required

**Salary**: $39,801.00-$42,120.00 per year
