The Account Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will work closely with internal departments, collaborating to provide a superior customer experience. As a valued member of the Client Services team, you will assist clients with account-related inquiries and identify growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling order processing, distributions, kitting, and related tasks.
- Manage item and promo setups, product pages, and banner changes on clients' websites using multiple systems (Shopify, NOP Commerce, middleware, WMS, etc.).
- Monitor and manage orders daily in clients' managed sites (Shopify, NOP Commerce, etc.).
- Review order statuses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and shipping.
- Manage client-specific inboxes and ensure timely responses to all requests.
- Act as the central communication point between clients and internal departments.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure accurate distribution execution and order fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute weekly Action Logs as required by client account.
- Track billable work and ensure timely processing in finance systems.
- Support client development and contribute insights for business reviews.
- Participate in Business Review updates with clients and internal leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of client KPIs and review scorecards with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to corporate Quality Assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

**Qualifications: Must-Have**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in Supply Chain, Sales, or Operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Professional and composed demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
- Ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Quick learner with the motivation to acquire new knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Reliable transportation.

**Strongly Encouraged-to-Have**:

- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation/Freight Booking.
- Familiarity with public warehousing and 3PL operations.
- Knowledge of inventory reporting, forecasting, and planning.
- Experience in Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Nop Commerce, middleware.
- Experience with forecasting and P&L analysis is an asset.

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
