RBC Dominion Securities, a leading investment and wealth management firm, is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team.

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients and Advisor team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Client Relationships
    • Manage existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to contact clients and ensuring timely communication.
    • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, addressing account transactions, requests, and documentation.
  • Client Support and Administration
    • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners.
    • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects, leveraging your planning skills.
    • Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal controls and industry regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Update team communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, and other marketing materials.
    • Support the Advisor team and clients throughout the Wealth Management process, maintaining an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.

Requirements

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-quality time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset
