**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for managing Salesforce tickets, providing customer service and support, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce Tickets: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Liaise with Retail Network: Collaborate with our retail network to identify opportunities for training and process improvement.
- Process Adjustments: Process adjustments to customer loan accounts as required, including frequency changes, due date changes, interest waivers, NSF fee waivers, and loan voids.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience: In a related role within the financial services industry.
- Intermediate experience: Working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic Accounting knowledge: Asset not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills: Both written and verbal English.
- Ability to create a sense of urgency: React quickly and appropriately to problems at the store level.
Working Hours:
Our operating hours are 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays, and 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. These hours are subject to change based on our business requirements.
