Personal Training Consultant

**Job description**

One Health Clubs is a full-service upscale health club looking for a Personal Training Sales Consultant in Oakville who understands how to assess the needs of our members and present exciting and appropriate program options. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic, and friendly sales staff available to work full-time with the flexibility to cover days, evenings, and weekends at our Oakville location.

**Role/Responsibilities**
- Achieve or exceed monthly goals to include: sales, appointments booked for each shift, member referrals, and closing percentages
- Complete all administration in accordance with company standards
- Build rapport and relationships with prospective and current members
- Assess member needs and present suitable program options
- Support General Manager and Head Trainer with Personal training admin and member follow ups

**Qualifications**
- Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- Computer experience as it relates to data entry and on-line registration
- Valid Personal training certification or related degree a huge asset.

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift - Evenings required
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years
- Fitness : 2 years

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$6,500.00 per month
