**Consultant**

Position: Management, Business, and Financial Consultants

Location: Oakville, Ontario (Flexible remote work options available)

**Responsibilities**:
As a Consultant at Syndicare, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change and growth for our diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conducting thorough analyses of operations, financial data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing strategic recommendations and actionable plans to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall sustainability.
- Providing expert advice on financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Offering guidance on business and organizational change or expansion, diversification, and risk management strategies.
- Participating in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to deliver clear and insightful insights.
- Contributing to the development of innovative solutions and initiatives that make a positive impact on underserved communities.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams within Syndicare to share expertise and contribute to the company's growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors, preferably master’s degree in business, or a related field or other professional area(s)
- Chartered Professional Accountants and risk management professionals.
- Proven experience in business consultancy, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for creating positive social impact.
- Familiarity with business and organizational development, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as MS Office Suite and financial analysis software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of community engagement and social impact initiatives is a plus.
