Facility Supervisor

**Role Description**

This is an on-site role located in Markham, ON for a Facility Supervisor. The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the logístical operations of the facility, including ensuring cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of the facility, and ensuring the overall safety of the premises. Must be willing to work flexible hours on short notice (Part-Time On Call etc.) Great for hoopers looking to train more often

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager, Facility Coordinator, or in a similar role is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of facilities logístical operations and understanding of health and safety protocols
- Familiarity with building upkeep and repairs
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide staff/clients
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and staff, showcasing good attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Formal education in facilities management, business administration or a related field is an asset
- Coachable and willingness to learn is essential
- Passion for basketball or sports in general

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
