**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Directly responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day activities of the teams and other publications.
- Report directly to the management and ensure only professional interaction with staff.
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the office.
- Work closely with HR to ensure compliance and enforce company polices and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding products and services.
- Process weekly timecards and attendance records for staff and freelances.
- Maintain manuals, computerized filing, and record management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, while handling sensitive information.
- Assist with co ordinating companies’ internal and external events, including meetings.
- Update and manage client’s databases for advertising, payments, and events.
- Process and complete orders for new ads, both print and digital.
- Review all required contracts and documentation for accuracy.
- Manage AR/AP transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational
- Previous team-lead experience is an asset.
- Efficient in MS Office programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a results-driven attitude.
- Punctual, strong work ethic’s, positive attitude, and very flexible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
