**Your responsibilities**:

- Review all current processes documents and standardize them using the same format and following the business nomenclature.
- Collaborate with the different team members to create new documents for unwritten processes.
- Label, sort, categorize and organize an archive system for ease of use
- Participate to team meetings discussions regarding ongoing changes of processes or challenges that would require your contribution in maintaining the filling structures.
- Generate an onboarding plan for new employees (checklist) that will gather all the different training documents that the training lead is using.
- Create Microsoft PowerPoints to be used by your team members when demonstrating new documents created.

**Your background**:

- Ongoing college/university degree in administration or equivalent
- High organizational skills and ability to handle multiple inquires simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Process improvement oriented and problem-solving skills required
- Being bilingual (spoken and written)
- Some experience in Customer Service & Administration, an asset
