**Process Documentation Intern (Summer 2023)**:

ABB’s Electrification Global Markets organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area. Our 10,000 strong commercial team represents the portfolio of all Electrification Business Area Divisions in over 100 countries. **Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the different team members to create new material for unwritten processes.
- Review all current processes thoroughly in order to find better and improved ways to work through Salesforce, eliminating wasted steps that will reduce execution time of daily tasks.
- Participate to team meetings discussions regarding ongoing changes of processes or challenges that would require your contribution in maintaining or improving the internal processes.
- Update all current and new processes documents, bringing new ideas, challenging status quo and standardizing them using the same format and following the business nomenclature.
- Make new filling structure using One Drive/ Microsoft Teams after reviewing and analyzing the team’s needs and current filling methods.
- Generate an onboarding plan for new employees (checklist) that will gather all the different training documents and list all the accesses to be granted.
- Create PowerPoints presentation to be used during training sessions for your team members when new documents are completed, or new processes are being deployed.
- Support the team on a regular basis (20% of the week), creating sales orders (clean order process) making sure to record accurate data (delivery dates, costs, part numbers, addresses, incoterm, payment term, special instructions, etc.).

**Your background**:

- Ongoing University degree in business administration, management or equivalent.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Process improvement oriented, and having good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently, demonstrated change agent.
